We understand that your computer is critical to you, so we offer expedited service to ensure the most rapid turn-around possible for your system. Expedited service means that your computer will be the next one that we work on and the technician will prioritize your system during the entire process.
Walk-In Service
No appointment necessary. Stop into our service center and drop off your computer when it’s convenient for you.
Service by Appointment
To minimize your downtime, we can make an appointment for your computer service. When you pre-schedule your service with Microworx, we repair your computer when it’s best for you.
Service While-You-Wait
Do you only need a memory upgrade, fan, or power supply installed? Often, we can perform these repairs while you wait.
On-Site Service
Can’t carry it in? Microworx has friendly, knowledgeable technicians that can come to your home or business.
Remote Service
With our remote service, we can work directly with you to fix your computer. We will need an internet connection and a few moments of your time, but once we have completed our simple setup, our technician will do the rest.

Can’t come to us? We’ll come to you! We also offer to pick up and drop off service for your equipment needing repair ($50 fee* within a 20-mile radius of our store).
*Price Includes: disconnection and pickup of computer, drop off and reconnection of computer, and a test boot to the OS. Any other services are an extra charge.
